Weight: sorry I don't share, but I lost a little!
Wii fit age:46. This is up from 34 two days ago. Note to self: don't do Wii Fit after coffee and before breakfast-it does bad things to one's balance. Wii Fit age seems to be all about balance.
Labels assigned: everything from "couch potato" to "professional" and "body builder"
Favorite activities: Yoga: Sun Salutation; Strength: definitely not the Plank; Aerobics: Boxing; Balance: Ski jumping
Time: 40 minutes
