Hiking in the Shade of a Volcano

Today's fun was set to the tune of Volcanoland (Caedmon's Call--Share the Well):

Waputki Ruins. 900 years old or so. Wow.
These people lived in the shade of several volcanoes
The volcano-erupted just once about 1000 years ago.
Short, fat lizard living in the shade of the volcano
Penstemon, living in the shade of the volcano.

We kept looking for Frodo and Sam in Emyn Muil today. Saw some Ents. I thought I had been to Sunset Crater before, but it must have been at night because this place was totally new to me, and it hasn't changed much at all in the last several centuries.

For dinner we tried to find one of the many pizza places that lays claim to "Best Pizza in Flagstaff"---Google Maps failed us and we instead made a round trip of the Flagstaff area, ending across the street (nearly) from our current residence, at another of the places that claims to be the best pizza in Flagstaff. It was called Picazzo's and it was good. There is a Picazzo's in Tempe also, apparently.

Trips to train station holding at three. Tonight we skipped the trains and hit
Bookmans instead. And Baskin Robbins. Did someone send us a video message? Had technical difficulties with it.
